We ship every Monday and Tuesday. Orders received before 10:00AM on these days will ship those days. Orders placed after Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday. If you're planning to cook your products on a particular date it is best to order them several days in advance so they have time to be fully thawed.

Our meat is frozen and vacuum sealed. We put our products in a cooler containing ice packs and dry ice. Your products should arrive completely frozen or thawed and cool to the touch.

We ship anywhere in the lower 48 of the United States with a physical location, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Customers will be charged a minimum fee of $25 shipping unless the order is greater than $150 to unlock free shipping. All packages are delivered within 1-3 days of being shipped.
